Gilbert of Gilbert and Sullivan fame, a suitor pledges undying devotion to every girl in sight, and Scottish villagers make a living derailing trains and charging the waylaid passengers for hospitality and accommodations.  In this zany and farcical world, will romance or monetary gain prevail?
