Alleyway Theatre Incorporated is a not-for-profit professional theatre company dedicated to the development and production of new theatre works with particular emphasis on innovatively styled plays and musicals, inspiring the growth of the theatre audience and enhancing its appreciation of theatre by providing educational and informational opportunities, and to the development of facilities which support the presentation and appreciation of the performing arts.

For 29 seasons... we’ve kept our commitment to developing new plays and musicals. Scores of full-length plays, musicals and one-act plays have had their premiere performances on our stage, and dozens of playwrights have had first-ever opportunities to see their new works come alive. Located in the heart of Buffalo’s Historic Theatre District, our newly renovated Art Moderne facility features an intimate 99 seat black box main stage and the 70 seat Main Street Cabaret. Alleyway Theatre is keeping creative juices flowing through the veins of live theatre.
