About the Taylor Theatre
The intimate, 153-seat Taylor Theatre has hosted concerts, theatre companies, and special events since its dedication in 1969. In 2024, the Kenan Center added a focus: to produce theatre experiences for all ages that are timely, engaging, entertaining, and audience focused. Its repertory seasons highlight established theatre works across all genres, including musical theatre, drama, comedy, farce, and theatre for young audiences.
