O’Connell & Company Productions

O’Connell & Company was founded in 1995 by Buffalo award-winning actress Mary Kate O’Connell.  The Company was in residence at its own theatre, the Cabaret in the Square in Snyder, N.Y., until June 2008.   During this time, O’Connell & Company grew into one of WNY’s most respected resident theatres. 

Beginning with the 2013-2014 season, The Park School of Buffalo, a leader in progressive, project-based education in Western New York, welcomed O’Connell & Company as the performing arts company-in-residence at its campus on Harlem Road in Snyder, NY.

Beginning with the 2019-2020 Season, O’Connell & Company is in residence at The Ken-Ton Elmwood Commons, 3200 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14217.

The company continues to produce musicals and plays that are sure to entertain and delight audiences including the wonderfully popular O’Connell & Company original, “DIVA by DIVA: A Celebration of Women!” which is now in its 17th year.
