How to join
To be a Theatre Alliance of Buffalo (TAB) Member Theatre, an organization must:
- Be a 501(c)(3)/operate under another 501(c)(3)
- Produce at least once annually
- Pay royalties where applicable
- Have been in existence for a minimum of two years
- Pay all non-volunteer positions in accordance with NYS Law*
- Attend TAB General Membership meetings (held once every other month)
- Pay TAB dues of $300 annually

• Voting privilege
• Eligibility to participate in TAB meetings
• Participate in TAB general auditions
• Receive 2 complimentary tickets to each member theatre for use by AD/MD/TAB voting member (based on availability) for each show of the season
• Eligibility for elected office after one year of governing membership in good standing
• Inclusion on TAB website
• Preview articles for produced shows, based on annual dues amount
• TAB Facebook page
• Mutual playbill ad
• Representation in any event or fundraiser in which TAB participates
• Inclusion in Theatre Bucks Program
TAB members concurred on the contents of the membership benefits. Subsequently, the Membership Committee created the group guided final TAB Membership Guidelines document. This is a portion of the benefits offered.
